Return and Exchange Policy

Returning or exchanging a product is the right of all our customers and applies to all products offered in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to our return and exchange policy, as outlined on this page.

- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.

- Returns within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via our Contact Us page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please take a photo and send the product with the city, address, and specific order number so that it can be exchanged for another product in case the product is damaged, defective, or not used as per the agreement.

- A full refund will be given if the product received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.

- We are not responsible for customers' usage expectations for products that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.

- A 30% discount or a minimum value of AED 25 if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or issue mentioned.
